Work with us
Start with the problem,
not the package.
Four ways this usually begins. Pick the closest one — it just preselects the right subject on the form, so you do not have to explain twice. If none of them fit, the last one is for that.
Choose the closest starting point
Most common
Train a team or a cohort
Staff who need to teach this and do not yet feel equipped, or a cohort that needs the judgment rather than the software. Half-day to a full programme.
Good first message: who the group is, roughly how many, and what has already been tried.
Institutional
Fix a programme or a policy
An AI position that has to survive an assessment board, a curriculum review, or a portfolio that has drifted from what it was designed to do.
Good first message: what is actually going wrong, and what deadline you are working to.
Events
Book a talk or a panel
Conference keynotes, panels, and masterclasses on AI in filmmaking, film education reform, and documentary ethics.
Good first message: the event, the date, the audience, and the format you have in mind.
Anything else
Something we have not thought of
Research collaboration, a partnership, a tool that gave you a wrong answer, or a question that does not fit a box. All genuinely welcome.
Good first message: whatever you were going to say anyway. We would rather hear it than have you find the right category.
What happens next
A short conversation, free
First reply within five working days, faster if you say you are on a deadline. It will be a real answer from a person, not a scheduling link.
If what you need is straightforward, we will tell you what it would involve and what it would cost. If it is not, we will ask two or three questions before quoting anything.
And if we are not the right fit
We will say so
Sometimes the honest answer is that you already have what you need internally, or that the thing you are describing is not a training problem. You will hear that rather than a proposal.
The free tools are free precisely so that you can get value here without ever hiring us. That is the intended outcome for most people who visit.
